Welcome to the new updated Unify Taekwondo. My name's Graham Parsonage, I've been Taekwondo training since 1991, firstly with the TAGB and then with Master Lee Heyes since 1999. I do the technical and admin stuff for the site.

There's lots of new material coming up so check back regularly, check out Master Lee's email training tips you can register on the site and receive a free copy of the Unify Taekwondo Training Guide which contains loads of photos of the basic taekwondo moves and a breakdown of the taegeuk (patterns). The Taekwondo patterns section of the site has also been updated.

Congratulations go to Master Lee and Northern Taekwondo on becoming a full member of the British Taekwondo Council (BTC) on the 26th March.

There's a Dan grading tomorrow so I'm off to practice my patterns
